I agree to keep the dog up to date with all vaccinations and dewormings, which I know is the cost and responsibility of the guardian home I agree to ensure the dog is properly trained and to notify the breeder immediately if you notice any signs of aggression or behaviors in your dog I agree to keep up with the dogs grooming needs and be consistent brushing to ensure my dogs coat does not matt I agree to ensure that the dog is safely confined in an enclosed area at all times (i.e. your house or backyard). I will not allow my dog to run off-leash in an area that is not enclosed by a fence or in an area where it could get injured (i.e. with motor vehicles, wildlife, etc) I agree to ensure my dog is well socialized with other dogs as well as people/kids of all ages I agree to exercise my dog daily and regularly. I will also ensure my dog does not jump off high areas or over exercise during the first year of life to protect their hips I agree to avoid accidental breeding by ensuring that: Females are kept away from any intact males during heat OR intact males are kept away from any females in heat. I agree to have open communication between you and myself the breeder I agree to inform the breeder at the first signs of your dog coming into heat. The breeder will then, when the dog is of age, take your dog to the breeders home for a few days to be bred I agree to update the breeder periodically on how your dog is doing and with updated photos. We have a fenced backyard that is built well and has no areas where a dog could escape. I agree that I am okay with my dog going to Rosedale Bernedoodles home while she is in season to be bred, as well as with her going to the breeders home a few days prior to giving birth, and remaining with the breeder until her pups are fully weaned (around 5/6 weeks).
